Nice long map

as for the last puzzle, there was actually no need for a third cube.

Put one cube on the funnel activate button, then go to the hidden room, get the cube hidden in taht room under the door, use that cube to deactivate the deathlaser, use funnel to get to the button, open the exit door, use another funnel to get back to the faith plate near the water. Jump towards teh door at the beginning, use the faith plates at the top to get to the part in the rear, use a funnel at the bottom part, jump down, land in the funnel, quickly go to the exit

For that first room, what was that third redirection cube for?

Anyway i have seen some nasty problems with this map. In the first room, the panel next to the laser catcher kept hitting the beam, in almost every position, and so, it kept enabling/disabling it. And in the second room, the faith plates were not facing the correct direction, and so i misjudged the angle, and so i landed in the water. And because of that, it reset the map to the start, and the lack of autosave made me quit.

You also forgot to include the VMF in the download.

Here's my video of my first play-through: http://www.xfire.com/video/47c955/

There are a few bugs you will see in the video.

I started playing custom maps and record me playing them. It's neither a perfect run nor do I have to have solved the map in the way it's meant to solve it. I play the maps "blind", that means I've never been in them before and play them for the very first time. I also give a little feedback for the map in the video description.

Maybe you are interested in the fact, that I played your map: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ML0udh0oPlE

One modeteraly sized test room and its doubtful antechamber, both featuring crisp graphics afflicted by weird design errors. In the antechamber, all elements are hilariously cluttered for no real reason; and in both, there appears to be a couple more cubes than necessary. Maybe thrown in for variety or scalable difficulty, in that case discard my comment.

Also bug: the cubes do float.

I did the first room with 1 cube and the second with 1 cube...
You're also lacking a proper exit elevator. Fun map though.

Should have been called "Won't Run Out of Boxes". I tried to see how many boxes I could get before the game crashed or something, but I fell into the drink one too many times and gave up. When the defects in the map are more interesting than the puzzle, it gets a 2.
