My first public release; one short test chamber. This map is my first public release (though I've been playing around in Hammer for years). It contains one very short test chamber: place the cube on the button, head up the elevator, and you're done. I released it to get feedback and make sure there aren't any glaring flaws in my mapping technique before I proceed too much further.

Medium sized map, that rotates. I got this Idea from playing the Rentest. Please read the HowtoInstall txt file included, will save you lots of trouble. I thought it was ready for release, but I got a complaint about falling out of the level and the same with the companion cube (not sure how, never happened to me in my playtesting). I did some editing so there's now less no light source lights, still a few, but not nearly as many, Appeared to have fixed the random location portal problem cause by 90 degree turns when the upright portal is on a brush after it has moved. Did a few re-textures, may or may not be better, but was need to fix the glitch.

This is just a DEMO version Aperture Dj vu DEMO created by Marty, Tuoppi and Sbrown Map name Aperture_deja_vu_DEMO Contact: Email - [email protected] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Description: This is a DEMO version of the Aperture Dj Vu mod. In this DEMO you will play 6 rooms. We hope that you will enjoy this DEMO version. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To install, follow these steps: 1. Open the deja_vu DEMO compressed file with WinRar. 2. Exrtact Maps, materials and sound folders, into the main Portal directory, If it ask for overwrite anything, take "Yes" This will not remove any ather files. 3. Load up Portal, the map will be in the Bonus Maps, named "Aperture_deja_vu_DEMO" 4. Play through the maps, the level will change as you get to a certain point. The puzzles get harder as you move on. 5. Once you have completed all the maps and have seen the ending, the game will return to the main menu. 6. If you have encountered any bugs or want to give feedback, feel free to send an e-mail. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you are going to edit my creation / use for advertisement or add into it; you must give me credit and ask for my permission. Portal Maps by reepblue NOTE: For this WIP Version of Blue Portals, You will have to open the the maps be the console with "`". The Final Version will have the Bonus Map Option! Hello, I've been working on a set of maps called the Blue Portals maps. 00-02 are release here as to make sure that I'm doing everything right.. IF YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED THE ANY OLDER VERSIONS, DELETE IT BEFORE INSTALLING THIS!!! ==UPDATED as of July 20, 2007== In All -Fixed the Indicators -Reset Cubemaps -Added GLaDOS In Chamber 00 -Rasied the glass wall In Chamber 01 -Got rid of Portal Jumping puzzle, replaced it with box and a button. -Moved portal -Made fizzler into force field -Custom texture has been removed -Elevator moves! -Added Pillers In Chamber 02 -Remade the Actor and move it further away. (Should fix Disabled proplem.) -Replaced 3rd portal with a door. -Added mist to toxic water. -Thanks and have fun!
