Neco, my friend, if you allow me I'll do that. As far as i remember, at least for parts 1, 2 and 4 I already found the intended solutions, right? Just let me know and I'll record my runs for version 1.5 and post them. Part 3 would be only half new for me I think... for this one I'll record it blind.

Well, I solved room one, but it involved creeping over the edge of the railing above the funnel room, and shooting a portal onto the roof of it from the VERY edge, but I managed. Room 2 has me stumped now, though, heh.

I've been super busy but now that I had a little bit of free time I decided to return and see what you have changed.

Now that you fixed my way of doing the first part of the first chamber I would like to note that you can accidently get the cube stuck behind the panels above the button room. Also I see that you tried to fix my solution for chamber 2 but it is still possible

Easily one of my favourite maps/map packs. Good challenge and nice looks.

Hi Jose, if you can spare the time - yes of course, I should appreciate that very much. Besides a vid would also be easier to watch. Thank you! (Don't forget to send the links )

Please be careful with the words:"Still possibe!" Might cause me a heart attack. Thought you mean 274 again ...........phew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh dear, I wasn't even able to do that move with the prior version. How much overhang do I need to stop you from doing that??? Will take a look at the issue you described. Might take one or two days, though.
Your balancing act was one of the most impressive ways of solving a puzzle. You-are-unbelievable!!!!

If it comes from a player like you, that really cheers me up, thank you so much for having taken the time to play!

Well, I cannot wait the facepalm moment when neco releases his intended way of getting the first cube on the button or solving 272 but until then I want to share some other ways of doing it.
First clip shows how you can place the cube on the upper panel, the second shows how you can grab it while at the top of the room and the third clip shows how you can get the cube inside the cage without having to all the climbing.

That's again one of my facepalm moments, because when I watched your vid I remembered that TaiMai had already solved it like that. I again must have removed the brush which prevented that. Either recklessly or accidentally.
KennKong is right you're a mappers nightmare! Thanks for the vid. Will fix that by this week-end.

It's starting to get hard to do that jump so if you add just a tiny bit more, I can test if I can still do it

I think I have part of the intentional solution for chamber 1?

DO NOT READ
||Two trips are needed for this one. First you work your way up to the top of the map using the funnel, and place a portal on 3. Then get the cube into 3 and store it there for the time being. Then make your way to the top again. Lift the cube up with the funnel, then fling it out of the portal surface closest to you so you can catch it.

You now have the cube on the map. After this I had to side throw it into the funnel to get it in position above the fizzler, but I'm sure there is a more correct method.||

I will play through the other levels tomorrow.

< Playing V.4 at the moment.

Still working on the Last Map of this awesome pack. 5/5
Visuals are really nice, alltough I had my problems in the Lightbride-Room

Why so ? So many white unportable surfaces in the earlier rooms so that I
didn't even try to shoot the floor any more g

Also, I've probably solved none of the chambers as intended (will try v5 if its out then I finished the Last map.

How I exploited (german)
||This Way UP
-
W?rfel in Funnelkasten geworfen
=> Funnel Weg und W?rfel f?llt.
Schnell auf den Knopf gestellt und w?rfel abgeholt.

-
The Ledge
-
-||

EDIT:
last but not least, cleared the last map...
I will upload the videos for my/the used exploits as soon as I wake up tommorow.

I played through v1.5 tonight. I did finally manage to climb the funnel in Part 1, but I still maintain the timing is too tight on that. I'm really looking forward to seeing the intended solution soon.

I just eddited my record of Part1. The video is being compressed to .avi. Soon will be rendered.

I'm pretty sure almost all run is intended. Maybe the very last part could be conceived by Neco in a different way, but the essence is the same.

I'll post the link in some minutes, but the video will take some more to be available.

Well, these are my playthroughs for Part 3 and 4.

Part 3 is almost new for me as I only played a very first version of the map. So this could be considered as a semi-blind run. I don't really know how intended my solutions are, so Necati please let me know...

Sorry but I didn't really realize you guys were still finding the solution for part 3, so I'll post the video only when allowed by Neco

In the case of Part 4, well, I've played this map like 20 times or so... different versions always. I think v1.5 is very much the definitive one, and I think all my solutions are the intended ones by Necati. The first part of how-to-get-the-1st-cube-t-dot2 is completely new as I've used maaaaany ways of getting the cube there and Neco always prevented them in newer updates... so I'm not sure if it's intended. Again, Neco please tell me.

EDIT
Part 3 solution video is pending, awaiting Neco's instructions

Aaah, finally the way to turn off the fizzler in 274. I'd never have thought of that, nice idea.

I wished I had watched all these videos and had known about all the exploits before releasing this map pack. Sorry for having wasted your time!

I unfortunately don't have the time to work on it right now therefore I will ask a mod to remove this thread for good. I spent almost five months making it but have to realize that I haven't spent enough time to make it halfway working. I have to admit that it can be considered broken. Perhaps I'll need another five month to re-release it....who knows?!
Many thanks to all of you who have taken the time to comment and rate...

It's your decision of course, but I don't think there's any reason to delete this pack. You have fixed a lot of unintended solutions. Now some might be left over - but so what?

### WHAT??? NO WAY! Come on Necati, you can't do such that stupid thing! This mappack is AWESOME my friend! Everyone in the forum is having tons of fun and you have made an awesome work. As zivi7 says, what the hell happens if there are some unintended ways left in? NOTHING.

Man, you can't talk seriously!

@moderators: PLEASE do not listen to him!! he must be drunk, high or something!

Oh noes....
I will never break your maps again (no, in fact I will, whenever I am to stupid to get the solution.
As I said in my first post...awesome mappack, with a mindblowing Laserpuzzle at the end

Aber hey, du kannst mir ja die n?chste Map Pre-Release zukommen lassen, dann nehm ich die Beta-Version Exploit-Technisch auseinander, auch wenn ich keine so krassen strafe-jump-skills hab wie manch andere hier

We usually don't really delete maps unless they're absolutely not enough quality. If they're even a tiny bit enjoyable we often keep them. Your map has 17 votes, 5/5. People like your maps!

The only thing I could do is move you maps to work in progress... ...if you really really want to...

Welcome to being a level designer... now sit back and breathe a little, before you do something rash.

In everything you design, there will be some unintended issues that will arise, from small visual problems to full-blown progression blocks. Such is the nature of the beast.
You should be happy that:
-Your maps are playable from start to finish, and have a functional intended solution. (Some people fail at this, amazingly)
-It looks amazing
-It's fun to play
-It's brutally hard, but not frustratingly so
-The difficulty is in large part responsible for people trying to cheat and find exploits to work around your intended solutions
-Most if not everyone rated it 5/5

Take a step back and look at all you've accomplished before trashing your maps. Get used to the fact that you will literally NEVER be able to ship a map or a mod that's exactly perfect and functions exactly and only the way you intended.
