Hmm
The beginning of my first map. I started using Hammer this week, and this is what I got so far. No hard feelings.
Improved FGD files
In these FGDs I removed a lot of unused HL2 stuff (like turrets). I improved standard settings of a lot of entities. For example env_projected_texture or env_energy_ball_launcher There are also some new entities, for example prop_exploding_futbol or prop_futbol. Credits go to turk645 for following entities: prop_glass_futbol_spawner prop_glass_futbol_socket prop_exploding_futbol_spawner prop_exploding_futbol_socket Newest entry: prop_glass_futbol Put all 4 .fgd files to Steam\steamapps\common\portal 2\bin\
Time Travel
Basically a concept map. This is the introduction chamber, released as a seperate map because it's far too large to add an extra chamber to it. Theres no puzzle Per say, but the next map will feature some. As i said this is the introduction on how to use TT to get to the goal. Basically the premise is to travel to and from the future to solve various puzzles. It's abit ambitious for a amatuer like me but hopefully it'll turn out good Graphic bugs - No draw texture in one place (Not a problem really) and odd lighting on one set of debris. These probably won't be fixed as compiling this map takes a decade on my PC
Explosive Cube
WIP for experimental puzzle element; The Explosive Cube. The level included is a simple "tutorial" map, Intended to educate people as to how it works; Basically the cube explodes after a certain amount of time. In this map, It explodes after 15 seconds. The idea with this stemmed from the few "timed" puzzles in coop, In that i felt the idea wasn't really explored enough. The idea of an explosive cube gives rise to a lot of interesting possiblities in coop for puzzles. Haven't really started work on the other explosive box related puzzles yet, I wanted a bit of feedback first One or more textures on this map have been created with images from CGTextures.com. These images may not be redistributed by default. Please visit www.cgtextures.com for more information. UPDATE: In the case of those interested i am still working on this; Been busy with fairly important things recently, I am intending on doing about 4/5 maps using the cube, Possibly more but haven't really had time lately, Here's a quick screen of one of the maps WIP: Few screenshots:
Coop Bare Minimum
Basic, functional coop map with an entrance, basic middle room without puzzles, and the exit. Hope this helps!

Simple 1 room map I'm working on. The room isn't the prettiest looking, but it'll do. There are some interesting elements to work out, different than the normal gameplay. Version 0.21 - added autosave Version 0.2 - shortened the size of the room - removed ability to bounce into laser - changed adding bounce gel to get to button - changed location of laser catcher - added new panel after laser catcher is activated - changed end location - made fade to black, and disconnect after you reach the end (unzip to vpk)

First of hopefully many challenge maps The scenery is not amazing, but the puzzle mechanics are well polished, imho. Feedback is appreciated
[Mini Game] Tennis
Preface
This is my first map for anything in quite a long time. Please give me any feedback and constructive criticism you can think of. I'll likely add a bit more personality to it as it gets refined, but for now this is only meant to be a working concept. I'm hoping this is working as intended, playable, and hopefully a bit of fun too!
Get ready for a rousing game of Portal Tennis! Well... its more akin to volleyball, but I really... don't give a damn. The object of this game is to make the Edgeless Safety Cube fall to your opponents floor. Press the button to serve, and use the panels on the back wall to fling the safety cube! You have 10 different panels to aim with. The bottom ones fling short, and the top ones fling long. Play to whatever arbitrary point value you see fit, or claim "next point wins!" when you are feeling lucky. "Please keep in mind that the back wall panels are equipped with state-of-the-art "Cube Accelerators" that our lab boys thought up just the other day. Remember: Do not, under any circumstances, stand in the way of a cube while it passes through an Accelerator. You will be maimed. We will laugh."
