My First Map Pack This is my very first map pack, I would like advice and tips on what and/or how I should improve it :D. I haven't worked real hard, so this isn't the best I can do. Enjoy!
Advanced Chambers Challenges
Challenges added to the Advanced Chambers I didn't make this. i found it on some site that was shut down. whenever you get bored its kinda fun to try to get through these challenges. gives me something to do atleast. anyway as i said i didn't make this so i don't know if all the challenges are possible/easy/hard or whatever, i have beat the GOLD on all of the "least portal" challenges. so that is atleast "possible" without any "exploits" anyway. n-joy

eggrock's first map This is my first map. It is a medium-length level map with two endings. In one ending you die, in another, you get cake. You will need the weighted companion cube to get cake. To get the weighted companion cube, try disposing turrets in different methods--pay attention to the box dropper when you do.
Orientation (v02) by Tigger
WIP map training orientation when flinging First half of a testchamber level to get a player up to speed on orienting mid fling/fall. First four stages of the map, the final stage will be the second half. Includes my implementation of the FDF (fling dampner field), now more properly working. Textures and lighting semi final, including custom signage. No entry or exit elevator yet. No GlaDOS voices or cameras yet.

A simple detachable camera prefab I was sick and tired of having to make cameras detachable one by one, so i made a prefab. Just unzip to your prefabs folder
PMK Map Pack 1
Contains 3 regular/advanced and 6 small extra maps WARNING - IF YOU HAVE v1.0 or v1.1 INSTALLED YOU MUST DELETE THE DIRECTORY "PMK" IN: C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\\portal\portal\maps BEFORE INSTALLING VERSION 1.2! Difficulty: Mixed Size: Mixed A collection of maps I've been working on since the SDK release. It contains: 3 regular maps with challenges 3 advanced maps 6 small extra maps Also, its in BMZ format for easy installation Enjoy :) Changes: ver 1.2 - Fixed a glitch where the player could walk along the wall in the first room on PMK 3 and PMK 3 Advanced - Added mist to the goo pit near the exit on PMK 2 and PMK 2 Advanced. Also the lights in the same room have been adjusted to provide more light. - Fixed the exit door on extra 2 & 6 so the player can't open it by touching it - Removed one GlaDOS speech from PMK 3 and PMK 3 Advanced to provide some peace and quiet :P - Lowered the lightmap resolution in all the maps on walls which didn't require good light detail. Managed to decrease overall zipped filesize from 26.1 MB to 23.1 MB - Few minor texture alignments (Mostly overlays) ver 1.1 - Fixed box not respawning when dropped into the goo near the exit on PMK 2 and PMK 2: Advanced

Work in progress, my first attempt at mapping. =/ Woo hoo! hooray for my first attempt at mapping. It seems kinda weak, so dont expect too much, but please give me some feedback. Extract contents to your portal maps folder.
