Portal 2
[SP] Conversion Diversion
It's been a looooong time since i've made a map, but finally, I am happy to present: CONVERSION DIVERSION This map is a very balanced map, with 2 laser puzzles, a fling puzzle and a funnel/conversion gel puzzle. That does not mean it is simple - this is a rather challenging map. INSTALL: The normal deal with installing, put the maps and materials folder in Portal 2's folder. SCREENSHOTS: http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/50576 ... 9CE1BFE3A/ http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/50576 ... 8F01FB4BE/ http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/50576 ... 008342912/ Feedback is welcome, report bugs, the usual stuff
Tic Tac Toe
Important: I forgot to lock the buttons for every turn . . So there will be an update on that. Also when you and your partner ping the same field at the same time, it could disappear. Maybe I'll just let the winner start the round and for the first time the host. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Features: - Ping tool support. - Button support. - Fields rotate on selection. - Winner recognition. - Draw recognition. - Loser gets destroyed. - GLaDOS says at the beginning "You should both be familiar with the game of Tic-Tac-Toe." --------------------------------------------------------------------- Update V. 1.4 - Added draw recognition. - Reworked the level design. - Players now only can select one field per turn. - Added winner indication if you use the buttons. (I forgot that in 1.3) - Improved stuff. You now have to be both in your little areas, to get the game started. If blue goes into oranges area the indicator light will turn red and an error sound will appear. Everything should work fine now. Please report bugs, if you find any. Alternative Download: http://solidfiles.com/d/3577/ --------------------------------------------------------------------- Quickfix V. 1.3_01 - Fixed one of blues winning combinations not appearing correctly. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Update V. 1.3 - The winner now gets indicated. GLaDOS says the name of the winner, and a game_text appears with "Orange/Blue won." The loser gets destroyed, if he stands in his area. All the fields around the winner fields will be closed. And you have to press the reset button to start a new game. - Design improvements The next and probably the last update will fix the last issue on the ToDo list. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Updated the video. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Update V. 1.2 - Fields flip on selection like in the calibration course. - Fixed the last issue from V. 1.1 --------------------------------------------------------------------- Update V. 1.1 - Added suport for the ping tool. - Made the fields bigger. - Optimized the light. - Added external button sounds, because they didn't made any sounds in coop. (probably because they're in a wall) Issues: The ping triggers don't have a parent attribute neither a disable input. Thus the host can override oranges fields via the ping tool. --------------------------------------------------------------------- I just made a little map where you can play Tic Tac Toe! There are indicator lights, to see who's turn it is, and a reset button in the middle. Otherwise it could happen, that the button below or above gets pressed. Todo: - Make the player only press one button on his turn.
[Coop] One Plus One
One Plus One is three maps long, I didn't add much detail, so I apologize about that, but that shouldn't affect the gameplay, let me know if there are any glitches, cheats, or anything that doesn't look right or doesn't work. But most importantly, have fun! EDIT: If you downloaded the maps before 9:34 PM of 4/7/12, please re-install the map, there has been a small update.
Flying Coaster
-!- NOT A PUZZLE. -!- This is a coop ride. I've played some fun faithplate coasters made in the PTI editor and thought it would be fun to have a coop one to ride with your friends. So here it is, enjoy it for what it is, the duel track layout made it shorter then the single player versions could be, but I still think its worth it. Notes: To start the ride both players need to stand on the faith plates at the same time and stop moving to start the countdown. Its very specific because the timing is required. Also, the faith plates don't activate until Cave Johnson is finished speaking. Once you have started the countdown DO NOT USE YOUR KEYBOARD MOVEMNT KEYS (WASD). You may look around all you like, use the mouse, and fire portals. Through the Facility
This co-op map takes you and your friend through the whole facility. You will be testing your cooperative thinking in the clean rooms, in the old section and in the overgrown chamber. Can you think with four portals? Let's find out! Screenshot: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/21031258/Thru-Facility.jpg
