UPDATED 31/05/2011 -op_level3 finished! Starting on level 4... The campaign currently ends after the time travelling test. It lasts maybe 15 minutes if you're band new to it. To load up the maps type "map op_level1" Contains: -Custom Textures -Paint -Flinging -Time Travel -Laser death beams The tests aren't TOO difficult so far, but once it's finished I plan on making some REALLY complex ones - so stay tuned!
[JFTC] Painting with Gels (Test Chamber 02/48)
Hey guys! This is the second test chamber of "Journey for the Cake". This test chamber contains Gels, with the exception of Conversion Gel. (No Cleansing Gel too) NOTE: I made this map purely with Hammer (Authoring Tools). Just because the paint dropper is the one from PeTI doesn't mean that I made this with the Puzzle Maker, right? I'm just bored of using the standard underground paint dropper so I used the PeTI version. Size: Medium Difficulty: Medium Testing elements involved: -Repulsion Gel -Propulsion Gel -Turrets -Hard Light Bridges Improvements: -Autosaves -Lightings -Automatic door signs Enjoy! Hey ThinkingWithPortals. My new years resolution is to release my portal maps that I've been making the past little while. For some reason I cannot figure out how you guys are making single test maps. So I've had to include my arc_transition_list.nut to make everything work. So put arc_transition_list.nut in your Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/portal 2/portal2/scripts/vscripts/transitions/ folder -or- if you don't feel like putting vscripts in there, noclip forward after spawning, you should find the elevator pretty quickly. after doing/not doing all that don't forget to put arc_worldportal_intro.bsp into Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/portal 2/portal2/maps Then load up portal2 open up the console, and type map arc_worldportal_intro and you should be good to go. Now this is my first release. However, I don't scare easily. Please be brutal with the comments. Happy testing! -dan
