Testing Element - Turret Dipping

Hey all, this is my first map, and I decided to fix it up until it reached a completable state,so here it is, Turret Dipping! This test chamber is relatively simple and easy to figure out, but that's because it introduces and teaches an innovative testing element- turret dipping! You might ask what that is, so I'll give you the basics: See a white turret? Pick it up. See a black turret? Push it with the white turret. Bring the white turret along with you! You may need to sacrifice a white turret to beat this test! This takes place in present day aperture science, however, it has a unique atmosphere, because Aperture Science is on Emergency Power mode. I liked how the lighting looked, so hopefully adding that unique twist to the atmosphere won't disqualify me. I just remembered to include the custom instances used, so I hope that editing it in to the rar doesn't disqualify me.

This is my entry in the Summer Mapping Initiative. I tried in this map to add as much visual complexity as possible. Source .vmf and all instances included. Some, like the elevator ents, are modified. Do have fun. Make sure to rate.

My first map in Hammer. Really easy. V1.1: fixed some of the bugs listed on this topic. The exit door is still buged. I have no idea what went wrong. v1.2: fixed doors, elevators, box droppers. KNOWN ISSUES: there aren't droppers for the reflective cubes, some problem with the "via this input box". So I made tons of reflective cubes. Dont waste them.

Hey guys, I will show you another (non-) cooperation map for Portal 2: Gameplay: --------- - This map is a mix of non-cooperation, soccer and "Bombing Run" (Unreal Tournament 2k4 ftw ^^). - Both player are playing against each other. There are some nasty surprises for each player. - The ball is in the middle of the map and it must be placed into the enemies tractor beam otherwise the ball will be dissolved if you missed. - After a goal glados starts a countdown and both player respawns. - The player who scores three points, is the winner of the game. So, the maximum number of rounds are five. - Of course, there is a secret room, too. Steam workshop: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f ... =396017984 Difficulty: ----------- - Your own game skills. Time duration: -------------- - It depends on you. ___ Finally, I hope you enjoy the map and have a lot of fun.

The supposed 'alternative' test chamber 21, this test can be described, in this authors own words, as this; Lego. Turrets, lasers, a secret, whats not to like? Go out there and make some science happen!

An apparently impossible test in the form of a tiny, clean map. (This map uses BEEMOD2 by Benjamin Blodgett and Carl Kenner, and the Puzzle Maker Style Changer by Carl Kenner.) Enjoy and good luck!
