I got familiar with hammer with this first map. Hope you'll enjoy! Textures are not enough polished, by the way I'm open to any tip to improve it. EDIT : updated with checkpoints. EDIT : modified to prevent PortalCombat's shortcut. EDIT : deleted the useless additional cube ... (a little bit more difficult). Not much here, this is my first map made for Portal 2, using the Alien Swarm SDK. And any all feedback is greatly appreciated! Thanks. v1.1 updates: -Fixed a small overlay issue. -Correct a spelling error -Changed map name to cassatachamber_1.bsp to avoid confusion.

Your only goal is to find your portal gun and escape from the building. (A quick story I threw together right now lol) Info: You start off the level without your portal gun forcing you to traverse the first part of the level until you find it. Once you retrieve it you must use it to solve a few puzzles to escape. Note: This is my first Portal 2 map I have made, I started with little to no experience with Hammer, but it was lots of fun and I have learned a lot during the process. I may make another sometime in the future, but I don?t know for sure.

I was playing around with the Alien Swarm way of making Portal 2 maps, but now that the Portal 2 SDK beta is out, I decided to actually make something that worked as a proper chamber. So here's my first actual map that I've made with Hammer and actually finished. It's nothing overly special, and the puzzles within it aren't really difficult, but I used it to get a bit more familiar the editor, and hopefully make better maps in the future. UPDATE: Since we've been requested to change the uploads into zip files, I decided to also make some suggested changes to the map. Not everything managed to get done in time, but I've fixed a few of the things that came up, and changed how the second part of the puzzle works.

This is a (probably) medium difficulty Coop map. It doesn't include any hardcore moves and you don't need extreme precision or timing, but I think it's quite challenging. I hope you like it. Let me know if you find any problems or have some ideas for improvements or changes.

This is my first Co-op map for Portal2! It is a puzzle that involves deadly water, turrets and a light bridge. Be creative, functional or crafty because there is more than 1 way you can solve this test. I will allow decompiling of this map, for strictly finding how I made the entities etc. However I will not tolerate whole parts of the test chamber being copied. Test chambers based around the use of repulsion gel. Just go for a little bounce. The first chamber is very very short as this is my first attempt at a map, shouldn't take you longer than 3minutes to work out. It is something different though. Updates: Re-vamped textures, lighting, triggers. Made the map more obvious on how to actually solve it.
