Due to some feedback i decided to release this version of my map in work in progress until i have fixed and sorted a few things out in it. this is a 3 room coop map with some mixed elements. although i find everything to be ok, i need to sort out my 3rd room and make it more better, some dont like platform jumping aspects and neither do i, but i do think this map is pretty good, i will be sorting the skybox out in this and sorting a few other things out too what others have commented on but i would also like to thank Nautik for his help in leading me in the right direction in making better maps hope you like this work in progress release version all comments will be needed so that i can make further edits before i release the final product Thanks LuckyRJ

I decided to bring a fantastic puzzle game together with an incredible puzzle game to make something that would (hopefully) turn out spectacular -- you can be the judge of that. This is a full-scale recreation of the Forest Temple from the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time with Portal 2 puzzles scattered about. My goal was to make the map in such a way that a player with only knowledge of Portal 2 mechanics could play the map just like any other, while Zelda fans would feel that their surroundings were familiar. I've uploaded the map here but it is also available on the Workshop, and there you'll find screenshots, insider tips, and the change log: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f ... d=86505390 Now with a run-through video! Included in the interest of helping the hopelessly lost: (Note: SPOILERSSSSS!! Don't watch it. Unless you like eating spoiled vegetables, in which case I would contact a physician) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pBE2RbeZDs4

Glass Light Instance (No leaking light)

This glass light instance works with 8 thick walls by default, but is easy to modify for whatever thickness walls you want. You can also change the intensity and warmth/coolness inside the instance to fit your needs, as it is currently a neutral light. The point of this glass light instance is to avoid light leaking through and around brushes when using glass lights.

Alright guys, so this is my first proper portal 2 map, with good lighting and everything. Yes, I stole the viewing room instances from PeTI <3. I call this one "Genetics", it's a fairly simple puzzle which requires 2 players to solve it. It's my first released map, and I hope you enjoy.

A simple, but challenging chamber using just lasers, and my first ever map, made in Hammer. My aim was to produce a chamber that was tricky to do, but simple in terms of what it contained. I also didn't want the user to have to use a knack, luck, or platforming skills. The chamber is based solely on lasers and can be easily solved when you know how. Difficulty: Room 1: Easy Room 2: Peasy Room 3: Lemon Room 4: I DON'T WANT YOUR DAMN LEMONS! All comments welcome. See it in steam at: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f ... d=84905140

-!- NOT A PUZZLE. -!- This is a coop ride. I've played some fun faithplate coasters made in the PTI editor and thought it would be fun to have a coop one to ride with your friends. So here it is, enjoy it for what it is, the duel track layout made it shorter then the single player versions could be, but I still think its worth it. Notes: To start the ride both players need to stand on the faith plates at the same time and stop moving to start the countdown. Its very specific because the timing is required. Also, the faith plates don't activate until Cave Johnson is finished speaking. Once you have started the countdown DO NOT USE YOUR KEYBOARD MOVEMNT KEYS (WASD). You may look around all you like, use the mouse, and fire portals. These 5 chambers range from easy to challenging. They require tricky timing and fast reflexes. Getting progressively more difficult, the first tests prepare you in the concepts used to complete the final two chambers. Requires shooting multiple sets of portals while flying through the air in sync with your coop partner. Notes: This maps destroyed theme maybe potentially be taxing on lower end computers. I am leaving the last puzzle un-detailed for the sake of giving you the most FPS possible. It will be hard enough without lag. Plus, im tired of working on this one Screenshots: http://www.nautikdesign.net/portal2maps ... ize_01.jpg http://www.nautikdesign.net/portal2maps ... ize_02.jpg http://www.nautikdesign.net/portal2maps ... ize_03.jpg http://www.nautikdesign.net/portal2maps ... ize_04.jpg http://www.nautikdesign.net/portal2maps ... ize_05.jpg Video Play-through: http://youtu.be/156vl7Mj77E?hd=1 Changelog: [WIP]v0.1 - Initial WIP Release [WIP]v0.2 - Added quick respawn tubes to chambers 4 and 5 to decrease restart times after failure. [RELEASE]v0.3 - Removed a set of buttons from the final level. They were unnecessary and the fling should still be completed the same way. - Other Minor Changes, Moved from WIP because I am no longer working on it. v0.4 - Fixed Simple bug causing complete breakage of the last level.

Hey guys! I'm back with another map in the series, this time its underground! This is my first time releasing an underground map, so maybe its not that good. Sorry. This map is an easy test chamber that tests the Repulsion Gel, nothing else. Enjoy! The .rar file contains 3 maps: -Hard Decision (BTS) [sp_hard_decision_bts.bsp] In this map, you continue from where you stop at Test Chamber 04, at the BTS section of the Enrichment Center. You walk forward and theres two ways you can go. Turn left and go back up to the modern facility or turn right and go down underground. You choose! -BTS to Underground Train Ride (Tunnel) [bts_underground_train_ride.bsp] You chosen to go Underground, now you must ride the train to the Underground section of the Enrichment Center. The station design is similar to Singapore's train station design. -Repulsive Welcome (Underground) [sp_u_repulsive_welcome.bsp] Welcome to the Underground facility! Now you must complete tests to go back up to the modern facility for your cake! Good luck! IMPORTANT NOTE: -There are 3 maps in the .rar file. Play "sp_hard_decision_bts.bsp" first. After completion, the map will change by its own, no scripts involved as I used point_clientcommand. -Remember to drag the materials from the materials folder too! It contains alot of stuff. -The fizzler in the right room acts as the same as a Laser Field (or Discouragement Field). It'll kill the player upon contact with it. Difficulty: Easy Size: Medium Date: Somewhere in 1940 Testing elements involved: -Repulsion Gel -Nothing else Remember to comment and rate this map! Give me feedback and how I can improve in my next map. Blindruns and walkthroughs would be very much appreciated! Have fun and enjoy the map!
