sp_daisycutter_01
A reasonably simple 5 chamber single player map. It is my first Portal 2 map. Hope you enjoy it.
Orb Facility
Orb Facility provides a realistic simulation of life on a natural satellite. On a more serious note, this map was the inspiration for Impetuosity. Expected Playtime: 1 hour
[Coop] Abandoned Geodome
Another forgotten test deep underground in one of the many, many geodomes you need to use Repulsion Gel and Excursion Funnels to make it possible to navigate through the test and bounce your way to the exit. Theme: Geodome, Underground Elements: Repulsion Gel, Excursion Funnels, Light Bridge and Cooperation! Have fun and happy testing! A video walkthrough will be uploaded shortly. If anyone has had particular difficulty with this map, noticed any "glitches" or just has some feedback I would really like to hear it!
[SP] Rainbow's Competition Entry
Imaginative name I know... I was pushed for time and kinda rushed the very last part, but apart from that it's all done.
Discouragement Chamber #9
v4.1 - Visual tweaks. v4 - Tweaked the crusher timer. Moved turret. Added signage. v3 - Made quite a few changes after everyone's comments. Removed a lot of the voice acting. Removed the "monitor". Was sometimes to confusing. Will try to find a better use for this in another map. Faith plate area is done in a completely different way. Not as hard as the fly by and shoot. v2.1 - Forgot to add fizzlers to the water. v2 - I think I've addressed all the issues that everyone have run into. Keep letting me know if you find any more problems.
mp_coop_chickentest_1
This is my first Co-op map for Portal2! It is a puzzle that involves deadly water, turrets and a light bridge. Be creative, functional or crafty because there is more than 1 way you can solve this test. I will allow decompiling of this map, for strictly finding how I made the entities etc. However I will not tolerate whole parts of the test chamber being copied. Note: There is a good chance that these will be a series as I already put a command to change to chickentest_2. Madeby: Chicken Mobile 2011 Cant solve the test? Post a comment below.
NYS-5 Series
A series of five difficult levels. Compliments and criticism are appreciated. Average expected playthrough time: 3 to 5 hours. I'd like to thank the following, helping me make this what it is now: josepezdj, DaMaGepy, xdiesp, bmaster2000, Saturn, andyb, Djinndrache, quatrus, OnePortalizedGal, shawy89, Random, MutatedTurret, RubbishyUsername, Chaos Unleashed and Staffordshire University.
[Co-op] Duality
A clean themed co-op map featuring 5 rooms and moderately difficult tasks. SPOILER! Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eadDUE__Lv0
[Coop] Surprise
This is a (probably) medium difficulty Coop map. It doesn't include any hardcore moves and you don't need extreme precision or timing, but I think it's quite challenging. I hope you like it. Let me know if you find any problems or have some ideas for improvements or changes.
[SP] One in the Chamber
One in the Chamber is a single player map built specifically for the ThinkingWithPortals.com Summer Mapping Initiative. The name "One in the Chamber" refers to the amount of cubes available to complete the chamber. The map is built with the Destroyed Aperture theme in mind, and contains two puzzle rooms, as well as an introductory corridor. The difficulty level has been kept low to medium, to allow players a challenge without wanting to pound there fist into their monitors. All mappers feel free to rifle through the .vmf for fog/lighting settings, and the likes, as well as to learn how I put the level together. filename: sp_1_inthechamber.bsp Screenshot: http://interlopers.net/titan/sp_1_inthechamber0003.jpg KrispyTheKorn aka, IZaNaGI Update: Re-uploaded with missing readme file. Update 2: Fixed an issue allowing players to complete the final room in an unintended fashion. Added "info_placement_helper" entity's to some white surfaces as per player feedback. Replaced an errant "cool" light instance with a "warm" instance. Update 3: Fixed "black" textured surfaces so that they are no longer portalable (if that's even a word ... which it isn't).
