Felix Griffin and usCobra11 present, The Shadows of Time, Episode 1. Some physicists say that much of the universe consists of Dark Matter, but our research at Aperture has shown that up to 90% of that may be nothing but useless Sort-Of-Dark-But-Still-Pretty-Light Matter. The remaining useful 10%, Darker Matter, has proven useful in controlling the flow of time... Five short tests made for the mAI contest. Source code included. Enjoy!

Hey guys, its been a while since I released a map, so here it is! This map was made in a week, and it consists of two chambers. Special thanks to my friend (iStarStruck) for designing Chamber 1! Chamber 2 was designed by me, and both chambers were made by me. This map was purely made in Hammer. Note: This map is not part of the JFTC series, its just a stand-alone map. Note 2: If you don't really care about the test chamber sign, ignore the "scripts" folder. Difficulty: Medium Size: Medium Theme: Clean, Behind the Scenes Testing elements present: -Laser Field -Angled panel -90? panel -Excursion Funnel (polarity change) -Repulsion Gel -Propulsion Gel -Thermal Discouragement Beam (and its receptacle) -Discouragement Redirection Cube -Fizzlers -Basic elements (cubes, buttons, switches...etc) Remember to rate it and comment about what you think about it! Blindruns are much appreciated, they help me alot! Changelog: v1.0-v1.1 -Fixed unintended solutions --Made Chamber 2 larger --Reduced white surfaces on the room in Chamber 2 -Included an "angled wall version" of the map for players who are having problems with the angled panel (such as bmail) --The angled panel in the "angled wall version" is now replaced with an angled wall instead. Walkthrough: (v1.0) Warning! Spoiler alert! Only watch if you're stuck or have already completed the level!
JWiUVLFuQ98
Screenshots: Screenshots
Entrance to the first chamber, with the test chamber sign. An overview of the first chamber. Ditto. Ditto. Ditto. Designed for Danger is a Portal 2 Campaign that offers eight new levels and 1 to 2 hours of play time. In the campaign, you assume the role of Chell during an early part of Portal 2. This time however, things turn out differently. The actions of a rogue force will set you on a new path through Aperture Laboratories. Watch your step and prepare for adventure! More information at http://www.designedfordanger.com If you prefer workshop integration, the campaign can be downloaded here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f ... =104612418

Note: Some of you might be unable to open the ZIP file. In this case it is advised to download 7-Zip and use that to open the file. The ZIP file uses LZMA compression which isn't supported by all of the archive managers. Four chambers and an easter egg puzzle. Can you solve your way through the Left Wing Facility? Easter Egg Hints: - There is a puzzle element that you have to carry with you to one of the rooms. - Check your spawns. Something might be hidden from the eye there. - A modest award awaits.... I think.. Go for it!

this is my first non-testing map in hammer, and i would like to know what you can see, like the box dropper, or the piston pits.

This is a full scale recreation of the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Water Temple dungeon. You can find my first installment of the series here: Forest Temple I sought to make the map accessible all Portal2 players, whether they've played the original OoT dungeon or not, so as long as you can think your way through some portal puzzles then you can enjoy this map -- or maybe despise it as memories of losing your way through the watery depths come rushing back. Here's my full run through of the map. But don't watch it. At all. For any reason. Especially that reason. You know the one. http://youtu.be/DuXDBZlWNzE Pro tips: - The compass's tracking abilities can be deterred by forces of great evil. Specifically, the compass will point to the first 4 keys, then stop working until the evils of the world are vanquished. Then the compass will function once again. - The item dropper in the center room will return any destroyed cubes, reflector cubes, companion cubes, or compasses
