This is the last map i creat Description: This is the last map i create. Perhaps i'll create more, but not soon enough. Remember, no cheating! :P Sorry for my English ^^ Features # 5 rooms. # Level design similar to the original Portal style. # Level difficulty is balanced, like the original. # A secret room. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To install, follow these steps: 1. Open the Skinnycap_Last compressed file with WinRar. 2. Copy both folders, from Maps and Materials folder, into the Maps and Materials folder at the main Portal directory. 3. Load up Portal, go into the Bonus Maps, and find the maps under Skinnycap's Maps. 4. Play through it. Once you have completed the maps, the game will return to the main menu. 5. If you have encountered any bugs or want to give feedback, feel free to send an e-mail. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you are going to edit my creation / use for advertisement or add into it; you must give me credit and ask for my permission. If you are going to make videos / movies of these maps (e.g. make a speed run / play through of the map) feel free but if you are using it in a trailer of some sort, again, please ask for permission and give credit to me for the map. Contains .bsp and .vmf of a test map Contains .bsp and .vmf of a test map, of Walking through portals tutorial, as well as most of the other tutorials on this site, for reference. Put the .vmf file in your sourcesdk_content/portal/mapsrc directory to see it in hammer, or just open it. Put the .bsp file in your portal/portal/maps directory to play it.

Not a really long map, or hard for that matter, but it's my first ever map. Tell me what you think. EDIT: Fixed most of the major problems. 1. Fixed lighting issues. 2. Game can now end. 3. Portal hint HUD is no longer there. 4. Cameras will fall off now. 5. Fixed some of the textures. 6. You now start out of an elevator. 7. Gun pedestal no longer just 'sinks into the ground'.

Edit: Changed light strip overlays from having multiple overlays over a distance, to stretching the overlay across the distance, and editing U/V value accordingly.

Slow down/speed back up time w/ mousewheel! This script lets you step up and down through four levels of slo-mo plus a complete timefreeze using the mousewheel. *** UPDATED to version 0.9. Read the readme.txt. *** [To use: copy timethrottle.cfg into your .../portal/cfg/ folder, launch the game, then pull up the console and type EXEC TIMETHROTTLE] The steps are: - normal speed - 60% normal - 40% - 20% - 10% - time stopped Mwheeldown slows down, mwheelup speeds up. Clicking the wheel in (MOUSE3) toggles between first-person and third-person view (helpful for getting some perspective on those extra-disorienting fancy flings).
