Compulsive (Version 1.0)
Due to some feedback i decided to release this version of my map in work in progress until i have fixed and sorted a few things out in it. this is a 3 room coop map with some mixed elements. although i find everything to be ok, i need to sort out my 3rd room and make it more better, some dont like platform jumping aspects and neither do i, but i do think this map is pretty good, i will be sorting the skybox out in this and sorting a few other things out too what others have commented on but i would also like to thank Nautik for his help in leading me in the right direction in making better maps hope you like this work in progress release version all comments will be needed so that i can make further edits before i release the final product Thanks LuckyRJ
Singing Companion Cube!
One big problem with the PTI - the companion cube DOES NOT SING! This mod fixes that. Just install it in [portal 2]/sdk_content/maps/instances/p2editor and you're good to go!

Tower Defense
This is a Tower Defense Coop Map with Portal 2 game elements. I've added a ingame tutorial to let you see how it works. Special thanks to BlumCoLe for playtesting and suggestions. Updates: v1.01: - fixed missing text - fixed missing hint in "easy" mode Screenshot: Trailer: 0WYJaA7Rzrc
[SP] Basement Chambers
A broken elevator shaft leads to a series of chambers that are designed to test the subjuct's motor skills as well as his puzzle-solving skills. Each floor is devoted to showcasing specific testing elements that must be used in conjuction with quick movements and precise aiming in order to succeed. This is my attempt at making puzzles that require more dynamic, time-sensitive actions from the player (e.g., shooting portals while launched through the air), rather than puzzles that provide only mental obstacles. First Floor: Introductory Courses, Hard Light Bridges Updates: v1.1 - minor changes to portal surfaces in floor_1_a v1.0 - minor layout changes to floor_1_a and floor_1_b, first chamber in floor_1_c has been redesigned v0.9 - initial release Screenshots: http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/59581 ... 919D3E36E/ http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/59581 ... 6AB4135FB/ http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/59581 ... 2D916ED03/
Paradox
A short map, trying out an idea thats been suggested a few times. It's got a time machine in it, which switches between the present and the future. Unfortunately, I don't have enough time to extend it before the contest ends.
Portal 2 Faith Plates Example
Example map demonstrating the basics of faith plates in Portal 2. Includes both source vmf and compiled bsp.
Quad
A "simple" underground map requiring you and your partner to travel to all four areas to proceed. Update 1.5 -made physical changes to prevent exploits and alternative solutions -reduced blob spread angle of the white gel from 5 to 2.5 -created "indicator lights" for the exit door Screenshots: http://i1026.photobucket.com/albums/y32 ... _b0001.jpg http://i1026.photobucket.com/albums/y32 ... _b0002.jpg http://i1026.photobucket.com/albums/y32 ... _b0003.jpg http://i1026.photobucket.com/albums/y32 ... _b0004.jpg http://i1026.photobucket.com/albums/y32 ... _b0005.jpg http://i1026.photobucket.com/albums/y32 ... _b0000.jpg
Bumbleball - 'living' test element
This is the newest test element of the Aperture Laboratories after an idea of Moth. This is not just a ball, it's a bumbleball. This means it jumps, bounces and even moves... if you don't watch it! In this pack there are 4 instances: -A normal sphere button specialized for the bumbleballs, not useable with other objects. -the single bumbleball -droppers for bumbleballs, dirty and clean If the bumbleball is outside of the players view it will bounce around every 2. second. It will make a distinctive sound when bouncing so the player can hear it. When on a button, the ball won't bounce, move or whatever. The .PSD file for custom textures is added. You can make up to 16 skins (value 15 in Hammer Editor). If you want to paint it, it will get colored but wont jump or glide. Thats because its a normal prop_physics. Prop_physics_paintable is not recommended because it will get the paint settings, but wont get any visible paint color. To dissolve the ball, for example in water, FireUser4 on it.
