Portal 2: The Fake Community-Made

Portal 2: The Fake Community-Made is a random project I and hanging_rope agreed on making when deciding on how to liven up TWP (which in turn died for two weeks). Like I said, this is a mod, so the folder has to go in (Steam directory)/steamapps/SourceMods/. This download only consists of maps by me in a chapter "Get it Twice" (really a mappack that I decided to blend into this mod). As of now, any suggestions are welcome. Hope you enjoy! EDIT: I'm over at mAL, and since this is on TWP, it's "Suspended So Far?". If I get enough mAL-ish ideas, I'll continue it, but no releases are going to appear here.

Hello, I've been working on a set of maps called the Blue Portals maps. 00-02 are release here as to make sure that I'm doing everything right.. IF YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED THE ANY OLDER VERSIONS, DELETE IT BEFORE INSTALLING THIS!!! ==UPDATED as of July 20, 2007== In All -Fixed the Indicators -Reset Cubemaps -Added GLaDOS In Chamber 00 -Rasied the glass wall In Chamber 01 -Got rid of Portal Jumping puzzle, replaced it with box and a button. -Moved portal -Made fizzler into force field -Custom texture has been removed -Elevator moves! -Added Pillers In Chamber 02 -Remade the Actor and move it further away. Logic Portals : Experiments [00]
Not a level, but showcase concept experiments To play this map, you need Logic Portals. It's a a map that will be contantly updated. It showcase experiments and foresee upcoming gameplay elements that can be released on an official Logic Portals map. You can test this map using the last entry of Logic Portal's Bonus Maps menu "Developer lp_z00".
The Flood
A different approach to time-sensitive puzzles The beginning of my new map. I threw this much together in the past few days. I'm looking for feedback on the difficulty, mostly. And if anybody has any ideas for more puzzles, or if anybody finds glitches / easy solutions. Extract the .rar to your /portal directory. You will still need to use the console to load the map. When you get to the cake on the wall, thats as far as I got around to making so far ;)
Sidewinder
A short map featuring a wide variety of puzzles This is my first portal map. It features a wide variety of puzzle types ranging from reflex timing with rockets to unorthodox button puzzles. I hope you enjoy it. :)
Overture
The extended version of "Geekofalltrades' Portal Map," released almost a full year ago. This map contains test chambers 00-02. The map will eventually contain custom content, 5-7 maps, and a custom storyline. This is an updated version that fixes a handful of bugs from version 0.2. See the readme for the full list.

[WIP] Geekofalltrades' Portal Map
My first public release; one short test chamber. This map is my first public release (though I've been playing around in Hammer for years). It contains one very short test chamber: place the cube on the button, head up the elevator, and you're done. I released it to get feedback and make sure there aren't any glaring flaws in my mapping technique before I proceed too much further.

Saved by the cake beta 1.01
My first map, but I put lots of work into it. This is my first map I've ever made in Hammer, but I worked on it and tested it for a long, long time, so it should be good. I made the puzzles as fresh and creative as I could, so trust me, this map isn't a generic one. Remember, the game's not over until you reach an elevator. Changelist: Beta 1.01 - fixed an easily missable nodraw hole in the map, thank you nckomodo. Beta 1.1 - Changed the dialogue, made some of the solutions more evident, etc. Beta 2 - Changed too much stuff to put here.
